YOU WILL

• Analyze product funnels, user behavior, and revenue performance to identify opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
• Be responsible for ongoing production monitoring of the product, ensuring reliability, correctness, and building proactive alerting mechanisms.
• Develop predictive models for LTV, churn, conversion, and revenue forecasting.
• Work closely with Tech & BizDev teams to define analytics requirements and ensure proper tracking & implementation.
• Create and automate reporting, metrics, and analytics frameworks across multiple products.
• Leverage large datasets to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar - or relevant data analytics training.
• Hungry, highly responsible, and able to multitask while owning and supporting revenue generating products in a live production environment.
• Either 2+ years of proven experience or an exceptional top tier graduate.
• Very strong SQL skill.
• Familiarity with AI coding/analysis tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.).
• Solid understanding of statistics (intermediate level).
