Head of Engineering and Development in the Construction and Engineering Division

Your role will include:

• Manage and lead domain managers and professional project managers in the fields of construction, infrastructure and development, and electromechanical systems
• Plan, implement, and monitor the section’s work plan
• Full responsibility for managing engineering projects: budget, timelines, quality, and ongoing reporting
• Produce periodic performance reports for management
• Manage work interfaces with internal and external bodies
• Lead a professional team, with emphasis on service orientation, meeting deadlines, and high quality standards

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering(Practical engineer is also an option)

Skills and abilities:

• At least 7 years of proven experience in managing engineering projects in construction and electromechanical systems; experience in laboratory environments is an advantage

• At least 7 years of proven experience managing a professional team

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high service orientation

• Ability to work under pressure and to perform tasks beyond standard working hours as needed
