Position Description:

Overall responsibility for the professional and operational management of the organization’s computing hardware and multimedia domain, including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, projectors, scanners, various hardware components, and multimedia systems for conference rooms.

Full responsibility for providing support and solutions for malfunctions and new requirements (serving thousands of users and dozens of high‑tech conference rooms and laboratories)

.Close professional coordination with headquarters IT and security bodies

.Management and leadership of technical teams

.Management of inventory, procurement, and decommissioning of computing equipment

.Professional mentoring, employee development, definition of work processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives

.Defining objectives and monitoring service levels and user satisfaction

.Implementation of innovative technologies and solutions

Job Requirement

At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams in relevant fiel
