Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Research & Development Mechanical Engineer located in Maagan Michael. The role involves working on the design, development, and improvement of products, as well as conducting research, testing, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary teams to meet product innovation goals. The engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and market competitiveness of PLASSON’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to solve complex problems and optimize solutions.
• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development processes.
• Experience in conducting Research and performing Testing on mechanical components or systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced engineering tools and techniques necessary for product innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering. A master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred.
