Social Media Manager

We are looking for Social Media Manager to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, analyze, and manage all social media activities across Zap Group’s brands, including ongoing management of assets on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and community interaction while maintaining brand voice and tone.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, analysis, automation, and optimization across platforms.
• Manage and develop influencer collaborations, including identifying suitable partners, negotiating collaborations, coordinating content, and analyzing performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to initiate, plan, produce, and execute digital campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Produce creative assets (static, video, and dynamic) and manage content production from concept to publishing.
• Write engaging marketing content and copy tailored to diverse platforms and audiences.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (must).
• Proven experience using AI-based tools for content creation (must).
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and partnerships .
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in performance marketing and paid promotions – advantage.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action quickly.
