Frontend Tech Lead (Hands-on) – Tel Aviv | Onsite

A fast growing cybersecurity startup in Tel Aviv is building the next generation of cloud security. The platform gives modern security teams full context, visibility, and control across complex cloud environments, helping them prevent and respond to threats in real time.

We’re looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to take strong ownership of the frontend domain and play a key role in shaping the product and its user experience.

This is a highly hands-on role with real impact, working at the intersection of UX, product, and cybersecurity. There is clear potential to grow into broader technical leadership as the team scales, without people management on day one.

What you’ll do

Own end to end development of major frontend features
Lead frontend architecture and technical decisions
Build high quality interfaces using React and TypeScript
Work closely with backend and product to define clean API integrations
Deliver elegant UX with strong performance and scalability

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience building modern web applications
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
Experience working with APIs, including GraphQL
Proven ownership from design to production
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability
Product mindset and ability to think beyond implementation
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach

Bonus

Experience in cybersecurity or cloud environments
Background with complex or enterprise scale products
