Senior Mechanical Engineer

A Jerusalem-based medical startup developing an innovative cancer therapy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the development team.

About this role:

The Senior engineer will plan, conduct, and manage our core products design from concept to market and lead main cross organizational projects in support of the company’s strategic plan.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and development of assemblies in the medical device industry – minimum 6 years required.
• Experience in developing medical products, working closely with Quality and Regulatory teams – required.
• Project management experience – required.
• Experience with plastic injection molding – an advantage.
• Experience in product development from concept to market – an advantage.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical and engineering thinking, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Full-time position at the company’s offices in Jerusalem.
• Travel abroad is required from time to time
