Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial thinking, creative problem-solving skills and proven experience in driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This candidate will have experience working across multiple channels (digital & offline), managing sales pipelines, building marketing funnels, and executing campaigns end-to-end while delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans that support business targets and revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, campaigns, content, and brand positioning
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, generate insights and optimize based on KPIs
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry innovation

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in marketing, or business development
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation capability and customer relationship management
• Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering growth initiatives
