About the Role: As we expand, we're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale our internal marketing systems and ensure operational excellence across our campaigns and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and improve how we work: Help build clear and simple processes so that our marketing team can work more efficiently and avoid mistakes.
• Support the marketing team: Work closely with campaign managers, designers, and analysts to make sure everyone has what they need to run successful campaigns.
• Manage tools and systems: Keep track of the tools we use for ads and reporting, and make sure everything is set up correctly and working smoothly.
• Keep things organized: Update documents, reports, and guides so everyone has the latest information.
• Solve problems quickly: If something isn’t working or someone is stuck, help find and fix the issue.
