International Marketing Director
Job Summary
The Raphael Recanati International School (RRIS) at Reichman University is the largest and most prestigious international academic institution in Israel. We are seeking a strategic-thinking International Marketing Director to manage the international marketing activities, with the goal of recruiting international students to English taught undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Key responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the international school’s global marketing strategy.
• Campaign Management: Produce and manage high-impact online and print marketing campaigns as well as sales activities.
• Content Creation: Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including lead generation campaigns, social media content, and the writing/editing of digital and print assets.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire the international marketing team – 2 full time employees and 4 part time student employees, as well as a global team of student marketers.
• Brand Ownership: Take overall responsibility for brand management and ensure a consistent corporate identity across all marketing channels.
• Financial Oversight: Build and implement the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Global Representation: Participate in international marketing conferences and recruitment events in Israel and abroad.
• Lead international visibility and media outreach through global and Jewish communication channels, supporting the school’s international positioning.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior academic leadership, program heads, and external vendors.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements.
• Marketing Events: Execute international recruitment events, such as open houses.
• Close relations with department of External Relations for donor cultivation and production of articles to Anglo press.
Job Requirements
• Language Proficiency: Mother-tongue English and Hebrew is a MUST.
• Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree is a MUST. A degree in a marketing-related field is a significant advantage.
• Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in team-management and international marketing management, preferably in the Jewish world.
• Technical Expertise: Tech-savvy with a firm understanding of evolving trends and full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Digital Skills: Proven track record with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), Campaign Management, SEO, PPC, Analytics, video production and various presentation softwares.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• Strong cultural intelligence and experience working with diverse, international audiences
• Excellent knowledge of the Jewish world and Jewish educational framework abroadת Preference to those who have studied abroad in Jewish communities
• Resilience- High level of resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Advantages: Reichman University/RRIS graduate; PR experience and global contacts in the Jewish press; proficiency in additional languages, IDF or National Service.
