This is a full-time hybrid role as an International Marketing Manager, based in Kibbutz Ga’aton, Israel, with some work-from-home flexibility. The International Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies for KCDC’s global outreach to expand its presence and audience. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, conducting market research, and overseeing international marketing campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with the Sales team to develop initiatives for promoting tours, programs, and events, ensuring KCDC continues to thrive on the global stage.

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze and interpret market trends
• Experience in International Marketing and global strategy development
• Strong skills in Marketing and Sales to drive audience engagement and promote programs
• Creative, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics is a plus
• Familiarity with the performing arts or cultural organizations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
