I'm looking for a IT Help Desk Specialist to join a company located in Bnei Brak!

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional phone support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain and support workstations and end-user equipment
• Handle basic networking issues
• Ensure continuous and stable operation of the company’s IT systems

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Help Desk / Technical Support Specialist
• Previous experience in SMB environments
• High level of service orientation and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Relevant education or certification in IT – advantage
• Experience with Microsoft 365 – advantage
• Experience with Dynamics 365 – significant advantage
