We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts and drive growth within the Israeli tech sector

What you’ll do:

  • Lead high-impact sales conversations that clearly communicate Cover’s value
  • Manage the full sales flow: discovery, demo, objections, and closing
  • Keep a clean, predictable pipeline with smart follow-ups
  • Build new opportunities through targeted outbound efforts

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales or BDR/SDR roles (seniority flexible)
  • Comfortable generating pipeline through focused outbound
  • Bonus: familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem, especially HR/Finance buyers
  • High drive, strong execution, and a desire to grow quickly
