Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make pensions and insurance accessible, personal, and easy — for individuals and for businesses.
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts and drive growth within the Israeli tech sector
What you’ll do:
- Lead high-impact sales conversations that clearly communicate Cover’s value
- Manage the full sales flow: discovery, demo, objections, and closing
- Keep a clean, predictable pipeline with smart follow-ups
- Build new opportunities through targeted outbound efforts
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales or BDR/SDR roles (seniority flexible)
- Comfortable generating pipeline through focused outbound
- Bonus: familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem, especially HR/Finance buyers
- High drive, strong execution, and a desire to grow quickly
