Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical/Energy Engineer based in Haifa, with flexibility to work remotely when suitable. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing water generation systems while conducting feasibility studies and performance testing. Key duties include working on system prototyping, assisting in the commercialization process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering.
• Proficiency in mechanical design, energy systems, and thermodynamics.
• Experience with CAD software and simulation tools - SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, with knowledge of R&D methodologies.
• Understanding of sustainable energy technologies and atmospheric water generation (AWG) principles (preferred).
• Strong project management and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Israeli and international standards in the water or renewable energy sectors is advantageous.
