Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI engines, focusing on Agents and RAG Systems applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune Generative Agents for performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Generative AI Industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, with a strong focus on Agents applications
• Solid understanding of Foundations Models, Prompt Engineering, Content Filtering with Production grade Models such as Claud, GPT and Gemini.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
