Job Description

We are looking for a highly technical Product Manager to lead our Data Platform, the backbone that powers our users with reporting, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, security operations (SOC), network operations (NOC), and business intelligence.

You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how operational data, logs, and metrics are collected, stored, and exposed across Snowflake, dashboards, and observability systems. Your mission: ensure our customers have reliable, accessible, and actionable data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision for our data and observability platform — encompassing Snowflake, BI/reporting tools, and monitoring/logging systems.
• Partner with data engineers, DevOps, and SOC/NOC teams to build a unified data layer connecting metrics, logs, and business KPIs.
• Develop and prioritize a roadmap balancing data availability, performance, security, and usability.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations to understand data needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Manage integrations and pipelines between systems such as Snowflake, Datadog/Splunk/Elastic, and dashboards (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, or Grafana).
• Establish standards for data quality, observability, and governance across the organization.
• Define success metrics, SLAs, and service ownership boundaries for logs, alerts, and reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management, ideally with a focus on data platforms, infrastructure, or observability tools.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on familiarity with logging and monitoring ecosystems (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Experience working with SOC/NOC environments, incident management processes, and alerting pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and interpreting data.
• Excellent communication skills. Can translate technical details into clear business value.
• Background in security operations, site reliability, or data engineering - Advantage
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and automation around log collection and data transformation - Advantage
• Past experience in fintech companies. Familiarity with regulated environments, financial data integrity, and audit-ready reporting - Advantage
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) - Advantage
