Director of Product - Dating

This is one of the most influential product roles at Viber. As Director of Product for Viber Dating, you’ll lead the product experiences that drive the growth of the service.

We’re looking for a product leader who thrives in B2C, has a deep understanding of product growth, and knows how to build for scale. You’ll be responsible not just for world-class hyper-focused execution, but for setting a bold, clear strategy and product vision.

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in product management, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team towards success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of Viber Dating.
• Define and deliver a product vision that balances user needs, business growth, and market differentiation
• Quickly identify opportunities and consistently focus the team in the most impactful direction
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product managers
• Drive usage, retention, and user satisfaction through data-driven experimentation and innovation
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to ship impactful features at speed
• Represent Viber Dating at the leadership level, influencing company-wide priorities and product direction
  
  

• 8+ years in product management, including significant leadership roles in B2C products
• Dating apps experience is a significant advantage
• Proven success in driving product growth and user engagement at scale
• A strategic thinker with strong execution instinct - able to zoom out to the vision and zoom in on the details
• Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional product teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, specifically within the context of messaging applications
• Experience in data analysis and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring product performance and user engagement
• Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and outside of the box thinking
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or Ph.D. in a technology or business-related field is a plus
• Bonus: experience in messaging, communication, or consumer utility products
