English Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Social Media Coordinator with proven experience in managing online presence and producing impactful content through AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate understands the intersection of international affairs, media, and technology, and knows how to transform ideas into engaging narratives and videos across platforms like X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing social media content and campaigns that enhance our visibility, shape public perception, and engage global audiences on political and geopolitical issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage posting schedules, content calendars, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate digital campaigns and maintain consistent brand tone and message.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular evaluation reports.
• Write compelling and fact-based content .
• Devise and execute proactive media campaigns to promote key narratives and initiatives.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share original and curated content.
• Track engagement metrics and produce regular performance reports.
• Analyse trends to refine messaging and optimize reach.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for amplification.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) to generate and edit video, text, and visual content.
• Develop effective AI prompts for creating short-form videos, infographics, and posts tailored to each platform.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level student or graduate in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts (personal or professional).
• Proven ability to create content with AI tools (text, video, image) and craft effective prompts.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience using Notion, Canva, CapCut, Descript, or Adobe Suite.
• Understanding of OSINT.
• Knowledge of social media automation and API-based publishing tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
