Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Raanana, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Patient Coordinator (Navigator), you will be responsible for guiding patients through their health journey. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, managing communications, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and maintain accurate records while providing high-quality service to every patient.

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through onboarding and next steps
• Coordinate tests, appointments, and follow-ups
• Maintain ongoing customer communication and engagement
• Monitor progress and flag issues to the care team
• Work closely with doctors, PHMs, operations, and vendors
• Own the customer experience end to end

Background: Experience in people-facing or coordination roles (customer success, patient services, operations, care coordination). Medical background not required but an advantage.
