Procurement Specialist – Workforce / Vendor Management

Location: Yehud – Full-time – On-site

Job Description:

• Lead and manage procurement processes for workforce-related services, including staffing agencies, outsourcing, contractors, and freelancers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Establish and manage framework agreements and long-term vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand organizational needs and recommend the appropriate engagement model (direct hire / contractor / freelancer).
• Monitor vendor performance, recruitment timelines, and SLA compliance.
• Analyze procurement data, including costs, savings, and vendor performance, and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuously improve procurement processes, vendor management, and operational methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or workforce procurement.
• Experience working with staffing agencies and external vendors.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Language Skills: Fluent Hebrew, strong English
