We are hiring a Tech Recruiter to join the recruitment team at Log-On Software

About the role:

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and screening, close collaboration with hiring managers, and full candidate lifecycle management.

You will work alongside a young, professional team, using advanced AI tools and cutting-edge recruitment technologies. The role offers a hybrid work model, excellent conditions, and the opportunity to work 4 days a week, subject to meeting performance targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Must
At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment – Must
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong time management skills, independence, and ability to meet targets
Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, high motivation, and a desire to be part of our shared success
