About the Role

We are seeking a Backend Team Lead to lead our Car Services team, which owns mission-critical backend systems such as Fueling, EV and Car wash. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management. You will guide a team of backend engineers to build reliable, scalable, and secure services that power the core of Pango’s platform.

Responsibilitie

• sLead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering technical growth and career development
