Role Purpose

Bea is a vital part of our R&D team, providing essential operational support and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient experimental development. Your role will connect internal teams and external partners, manage necessary resources, assist with hands-on activities, and support our global collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Experimental Support & Development:

• Provide operational and logistical support to experimental development activities within R&D
• Assist researchers and engineers with hands-on tasks such as assembling, integrating,
• and troubleshooting experimental setups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of experimental procedures, test protocols, and results

Operations & Coordination:

• Coordinate operational activities and schedules across R&D, engineering, materials science,
• and external partners to facilitate experimental development
• Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and help resolve operational bottlenecks to keep
• R&D projects on schedule

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in R&D, laboratory engineering, mechanical integration, or technical operations within a hardware-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Physics, or a closely related technical discipline — advantage
• Hands-on experience with assembly, setup, or integration of mechanical, electro-mechanical, or experimental systems — advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve practical integration and operational issues independently
• Clear and professional communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams (R&D, process, operations, external partners) while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to approximately 10% of working time
