Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a talented Digital Process Implementer to join our team and lead the digital transformation of the organization's processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical thinking, a broad systemic view, and the ability to translate business needs into effective digital execution.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and mapping existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and digitization.
• Planning and implementing end-to-end digital solutions, including characterization (functional specs), UX design, and deployment.
• Creating comprehensive documentation and user guides.
• Supporting and training users during the implementation phases.

Requirements

Mandatory:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in digital process implementation.
• Proven systemic and process-oriented vision with the ability to see the "big picture."
• Knowledge and experience in UX/UI – understanding user experience design principles and the ability to translate requirements into a user-friendly interface.
• "Can-do" attitude – ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple interfaces/stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and rapid learning capabilities.
