As a B2B SDR at HYBRID, you will be the driving force behind our new SDR as a Service offering. Your mission is to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, acting as a strategic growth engine for our clients and the agency itself. You will identify, engage, and qualify high-value leads across diverse B2B sectors using advanced outbound methodologies.

What You’ll Do 💼
- Execute Multichannel Outreach: Manage end-to-end prospecting campaigns for multiple B2B clients and HYBRID, using LinkedIn, Cold Email, and Cold Calling.
- Lead Prospecting & Research: Build and enrich highly targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
- Leverage AI Workflows: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay) to research prospects and generate deeply personalized outreach at scale.
- Master the "SDR as a Service" Model: Adapt quickly to various industries, learning each client's unique value proposition to "speak their language" fluently.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a consistent flow of "Sales Ready" opportunities for client sales teams.
- Optimize & Iterate: Run A/B tests on scripts, subject lines, and outreach sequences to maximize booking rates.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to align outbound efforts with paid media and content strategies.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular performance reports to clients on lead quality and conversion metrics.
Your Experience & Skills 🧠
- +2 years of hands-on experience as a B2B SDR or in Outbound Business Development – Must.
- Native/Fluent English & Hebrew (Written and Verbal) – Must.
- AI Literacy: Proficiency in using Generative AI for research and message crafting; experience with data enrichment automation – Must.
- The "Hunter" Instinct: Proactive, resilient, and highly motivated by hitting targets and booking meetings.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Email Automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Smartlead, Lemlist,Instantly.ai, etc.).
- Strong Copywriting: Ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that cut through the noise.
- Highly Organized: Capable of juggling multiple campaigns for different clients simultaneously without losing quality.
