Customer Support Specialist

Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) is a global leader in biomedical imaging with a comprehensive product portfolio for Karyotyping, H&E, IHC and FISH analysis; providing Pathology, Cytogenetics and Research laboratories advanced imaging and analysis tools.

We are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, calibrate, and maintain imaging systems (on-site and remote)

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

· Provide prompt and professional support to customers worldwide

· Create and maintain service guides and troubleshooting materials

· Document service activities in Salesforce

· Train customers and distributor engineers

· Support R&D by collecting field data and customer feedback

· Travel internationally and work flexible hours as needed

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field

· 2+ years’ experience in technical support, field service, or system installation (preferably in medical/biotech/high-tech)

· Strong problem-solving skills (hardware, software, network)

· Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently

Bonus Points For:

· Experience with CRM/Salesforce

· Familiarity with microscopes or biological samples

· IT background

· Spanish or French speaker
