Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Broker based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some opportunities for remote work. The Broker will engage in real estate brokerage, negotiating and closing deals related to office, industrial, retail, and land properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing property opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing market research reports, evaluating property investment opportunities, advising clients on transactions, and coordinating marketing efforts for commercial real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to establish client relationships and close deals.
• Proficient in market research, property valuation, and feasibility studies.
• Strong knowledge of real estate project marketing and investment advisory processes.
• Proficiency in office applications/software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or property investment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
