Sales Operations / Presales Enablement Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain channel/partner relations, including target setting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Run and prepare discovery calls to capture requirements, stakeholders, timelines, and risks, and document these clearly for the sales/account owner.

• Own sales cycle logistics: schedule key meetings, manage followups, track tasks, deliver product demos, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs; ensure the right environment, data, and scenarios are prepared in advance.

• Support solution scoping: translate customer requirements into clear scope, assumptions, and constraints for internal teams (product, delivery, finance).

• Maintain and upgrade sales materials: decks, onepagers, case studies, ROI sheets, FAQs, demo scripts, and proposal templates, including basic localization or personalization.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B presales/business development with partners.
• Ability to explain product value, handle light technical discussions, and support partners during early deal stages.
• Experience with B2G
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
