Role Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join a team that owns the entire sales process for inbound leads - from first contact to closing. This role is customer-facing and highly sales-driven, focused on understanding client needs, building trust, and converting interest into bookings.

The ideal candidate is hungry to succeed, passionate about sales and client interaction, and brings personal travel experience with a strong understanding of the travel world. All work is based on inbound leads, with a strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality, consultative sales experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong passion for sales, closing deals, and client interaction
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
• Personal travel experience and solid understanding of the travel industry
• Fully professional English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
