A profitable HealthTech startup employing dozens of people, developing an AI-powered SaaS platform that brings intelligence-grade capabilities into the medical domain to support and enhance clinical and operational processes.

The product integrates advanced AI components to improve performance and user experience.

Based in central Israel, near the train line, with a hybrid work model allowing up to three days per week from home.

Role overview-

Part of the company’s newly formed and innovative Data team
End-to-end ownership of data initiatives, from definition through execution
Leading strategic initiatives through data-driven insights, market analysis, and advanced analytics
Translating complex data into clear, visual insights that support decision-making

Requirements-

6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst -
2 years of hands-on experience with Python, including advanced libraries such as pandas
Strong and proven experience working with SQL
Experience working in Big Data environments
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and pipelines
Previous experience working in a startup or SaaS company
