Company Overview
Insait is a high-growth B2B SaaS company redefining workflow automation for financial institutions through Vertical Gen AI. We build solutions that automate complex customer-facing and internal processes within regulated environments, delivering measurable business outcomes.
With a dedicated team of 50 and an established Product-Market Fit (PMF), we are currently serving dozens of financial institutions. We are now shifting gears from early traction to rapid scale, seeking a marketing leader to build the brand and demand engine that will fuel our expansion into the broader enterprise market.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Marketing with a "builder" mindset to own the entire marketing function. This is a high-impact Player-Coach role: you will architect the marketing strategy and build the team, while personally driving key initiatives that generate pipeline and establish Insait as the category leader in Vertical Gen AI for financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand: Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, brand identity, and category creation to establish Insait as the market leader in Vertical Gen AI for financial institutions.
Demand Generation & Pipeline: Build and optimize a demand generation engine that delivers qualified pipeline to the sales team. Own the full funnel from awareness through MQL/SQL conversion, with clear attribution and ROI metrics.
Content & Thought Leadership: Develop a content strategy that positions Insait as a thought leader in Gen AI and financial services automation. Create compelling narratives for executives, practitioners, and technical buyers.
Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing marketing talent across demand gen, content, product marketing, and brand. Establish a culture of accountability, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Product Marketing: Partner with Product to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions. Develop sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales to align on pipeline targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness. Partner with Product to ensure market feedback informs the roadmap.
Required Qualifications
Executive Leadership: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years as a CMO or VP of Marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (specifically scaling companies with <100 employees).
Financial Services Expertise: 5+ years marketing to financial institutions with a track record that spans the full range of the market—from community banks and non-bank lenders to Tier 1 banks and large enterprise financial institutions.
Demand Generation Mastery: A strong track record of building demand gen engines that deliver measurable pipeline in enterprise sales cycles. You understand the nuances of marketing to regulated industries with long, complex buying processes.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of marketing operations, including attribution modeling, marketing automation, ABM, and budget allocation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing Gen AI, Automation, or Data Platforms
- Experience in highly regulated environments (FinTech, Compliance, RegTech)
- History of building marketing functions from scratch at early-stage companies
- Strong network in the financial services and fintech ecosystem
