Seller Snap is a rapid growth SaaS startup, based in the heart of Tel Aviv. Established in 2017 with the vision of building the leading Amazon AI algorithmic repricing and analytics platform, we are constantly developing our product and finding the right talent to grow the Seller Snap team.
The RoleWe’re hiring a Head of Marketing to own and scale revenue-driven growth across channels. This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO. Success in this role is measured by a steady, predictable increase in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Not impressions. Not channel vanity metrics. Actual pipeline. You will be responsible for setting direction, making tradeoffs, and executing, while managing a small, high-leverage team. If SQLs aren’t growing in a healthy, explainable way, the strategy isn’t working.
What You’ll Own- End-to-end growth strategy across paid media, SEO, partnerships, influencers, lifecycle, and emerging channels
- Making channel and budget decisions based on what drives qualified demand, not attachment to any single methodology
- Lead, mentor, and scale a small team of high-impact marketing individuals, staying hands-on where it matters.
- Scaling paid social and paid search with direct accountability to SQL and revenue impact
- Building and running influencer and creator programs that generate real demand in a B2B SaaS context
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships (platforms, agencies, communities, integrations)
- Designing and running growth experiments with clear hypotheses, fast execution, and disciplined prioritization
- Full-funnel ownership from first touch through SQL and revenue
- 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in B2B or B2SME, with a strong track record in the U.S. market (EU experience a plus)
- Experience making marketing decisions in complex environments where multiple channels contribute to lead generation
- Background in startups or scale-ups with hands-on execution
- Demonstrated ability to drive SQL growth, not just lead volume
- Experience across paid media, paid social, influencers, partnerships, and non-obvious demand channels
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with imperfect data
- Clear communicator who can defend decisions with numbers, not opinions
- Native-level English
