PPC Manager

We are a growing AdTech company in Tel Aviv looking for a hands-on PPC Manager to manage and optimize our Google Ads search campaigns and drive scalable user acquisition.

What You'll Do:
•Manage day-to-day Google Ads search campaigns focused on user acquisition
•Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
•Analyze performance data and create actionable reports
•Run A/B tests on ad copy, keywords, and landing pages
•Monitor budgets and adjust bids based on performance
•Collaborate with the team on creative direction and campaign strategy
•Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and new features

Requirements:
•2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads search campaigns
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
•Excellent English (written and spoken)
•Proven ability to improve campaign performance and lower CPA
•High attention to detail and organizational skills
•Self-starter who can work independently
•Experience with Google Analytics - advantage
•Familiarity with AdTech industry - advantage

Nice to Have:
•Basic knowledge of email marketing or marketing automation
•Exposure to social media advertising
