🚀 TheraPlus Is Hiring – Full Stack Developer (Equity-Based Role)

TheraPlus has successfully developed its initial MVP, and we are now looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to take the product to the next stage.

We are building an innovative SaaS platform for the spa & wellness industry, and this is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup and take part in developing a real product end-to-end, with true ownership and impact.

TheraPlus is looking for a passionate and talented Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our journey and help scale and evolve the platform.

Type: Hybrid

Location: Israel / Remote-friendly (hybrid model)

• 3+ years of experience with React (frontend)
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js (backend)
• Experience working with AWS cloud environment
• Strong experience integrating with external APIs, including:
• Payment providers
• Accounting systems
• SMS / messaging services
• AI and automation services
• Experience in building complete systems end-to-end
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Startup mindset, problem-solver, and self-driven
• Advantage: Experience in SaaS platforms / B2B systems / fintech integrations

• Develop and maintain a production-level SaaS product
• Take part in system architecture and technical decision-making
• Build scalable APIs and frontend components
• Integrate with third-party services and automation tools
• Collaborate directly with founders and leadership
• Influence the product roadmap and technical direction
