תיאור משרה

• אחריות על מימוש תוכנית העבודה השנתית של המצוינות במפעל
• אחריות על הטמעת תרבות ה- Lean (ניהול השינוי ,כלים ומתודולוגיה ) במפעל בשיתוף מנהל המפעל/ מטה המפעל
• יישום שגרות מפעליות ע"פ הסטנדרט שיוגדר בתפעול
• הטעמת כלים חדשים וירחיב שימוש בכלים קיימים ע"פ מתווה ה- OPEX
• אחריות על מעקב, איתור וטיפול בצווארי בקבוק בייצור (יוציא אל הפועל VSM , קייזנים ע"פ צרכי המפעל )
• ניהול מעקב ובקרה לזיהוי גורמי בזבוז שפוגעים בעלויות CPU
• הובלת פרוייקטי התייעלות ושיפור פריון במפעל CPU, CR
• אחריות על ה- KPI המפעלי (כולל מדדי הטמעת Lean)
• ניהול והובלת תהליכי למידה ויצירת סטנדרטים
• POC וניהול משימות מול מטה OPEX
• אחריות על תקנון המפעל - תקנון ותיקוף תקנים באופן תקופתי
• שותפות על ה- Layout המפעלי, כניסת מכונות חדשות
• אחריות על ניהול מערכת matic (MES)
• אחריות על "שותפים להישגים"
• כפיפות למנהל המפעל
  
  

• -תואר בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול/ מערכות מידע- חובה
• -ניסיון של שנתיים כמהנדס Opex בתעשייה- יתרון משמעותי
• שליטה גבוהה ב-office בדגש על אקסל.
  
  

• Responsibility for the implementation of the plant’s annual Operational Excellence work plan
• Responsibility for embedding a Lean culture (change management, tools, and methodology) in the plant, in collaboration with the Plant Manager / corporate headquarters
• Implementation of plant routines in accordance with the operational standards defined
• Introduction of new tools and expansion of the use of existing tools according to the OPEX framework
• Responsibility for monitoring, identifying, and addressing production bottlenecks (including execution of VSM and Kaizen activities according to plant needs)
• Management of monitoring and control processes to identify waste factors impacting CPU costs
• Leading efficiency improvement and productivity enhancement projects in the plant (CPU, CR)
• Responsibility for plant KPIs (including Lean implementation metrics)
• Management and leadership of learning processes and the creation of standards
• Acting as POC and managing tasks מול the OPEX headquarters
• Responsibility for plant staffing standards - definition and periodic validation of manpower standards
• Partnership in plant layout planning and the introduction of new machinery
• Responsibility for managing the Matic (MES) system
• Responsibility for the “Partners for Success” program
• Reporting to the Plant Manager
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems - required
• Two years of experience as an Opex (Operational Excellence) Engineer in an industrial environment - a significant advantage
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
