Role Description

We are looking for a high-caliber Medical Center Manager to lead our center’s business and operational activities. This is a senior management position with end-to-end responsibility for synchronizing medical, sales, and operational departments to ensure peak performance.

• Strategic & Matrix Leadership: Direct management of department heads and diverse teams.
• Business Growth: Driving the frontal sales array to meet and exceed ambitious business targets.
• Service Excellence: Ensuring a premium patient experience through continuous improvement of service protocols.
• Operations & Control: Optimizing workflows, managing human resources, and ensuring full synchronization between units for seamless efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale systems (significant advantage for those from medical centers or aesthetic clinics).
• Business Orientation: A strong background in managing frontal sales and meeting targets.
• Executive Presence: Experience managing mid-level managers and working effectively with senior medical professionals/doctors.
