This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full-Stack Team Leader, based in Israel with partial opportunities for remote work. As a Full-Stack Team Leader, you will manage a team of developers, oversee technical projects, and ensure timely and quality delivery. You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Coaching team members, conducting code reviews, and fostering team collaboration are intrinsic aspects of the role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Full-Stack Development covering technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js
• Experience in managing and leading development teams, including task delegation and mentoring
• Proficient in Backend Development and API creation, with a strong grounding in database management and server architecture
• Skilled in Frontend Development, including UI/UX design and responsive application development
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructures
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage
