Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role: Combe Group is looking for a versatile, sharp, and highly organized Marketing & Operations Coordinator.

This isn't your typical creative marketing role. We need a doer. Someone who can dive deep into data and business intelligence one day, and help produce a professional conference the next. If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, and assertive, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

Data & CRM Management: Leading our data-enrichment project, conducting business research, and providing "actionable intelligence" to our sales team.

Tender Management: Scanning daily tenders, identifying opportunities, and coordinating submissions.

Logistics Operational Support: Being the right hand to our Marketing Manager in producing events, hosting tours, and managing vendors.

Marketing Assets: Customizing assets & PPT and gathering content from the field for our social media teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma – Mandatory.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar operational or marketing support role – an advantage.
• Communication: High-level communication and writing skills (Hebrew; English is a significant advantage).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours during conferences or tight deadlines.
