CityTime Group, the official distributor of leading international lifestyle brands such as Pandora, Parfois and Furla, is looking for a talented IT & Network Support Technician to join our growing headquarters team.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic retail organization and support hundreds of users across our stores and HQ.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-user technical support (Help Desk) for company employees
• Troubleshoot and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, servers and networks
• Install, configure and maintain workstations and organizational systems
• Manage users, permissions and IT environments (Active Directory, email, network systems)
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure and communication systems
• Work with external IT vendors and service providers
• Ensure information security, backups and system reliability

Requirements
• Previous experience as an IT / Network Technician – advantage
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Active Directory, networking and communication systems – advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in a retail or multi-site environment – advantage
