Social Media Manager & Content Creator (On-Camera, Organic Growth)

We’re looking for a social media manager & content creator to join Upsell.com, a leading Shopify app in the upselling, cross-selling and CRO space.

As the company’s social media manager, you will own organic video content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The goal is to build a video-based social media strategy that will grow the brand’s reach and engage potential customers, as well as execute it by being the on-camera face of the brand.

You’ll need to:

•  Be the on-camera face of Upsell.com and film content independently
•  Own the organic content loop end-to-end: research, scripting, publishing, and iteration
•  Create content around eCommerce, Shopify, apps, and trends
• Analyze content performance and improve based on data and best practices
•  Work closely with Product and Customer teams to translate merchant pain points into content

Requirements:

• Experience in managing social media platforms, with proven results
• Strong English and confident camera presence
•  Ability to film independently (editing is a plus, not required)
•  Shopify ecosystem familiarity is a plus. Former merchant experience is a strong plus
