Salesforce Systems Analyst & Implementer

Accountabilities:

• Analyze, design and hands-on implement advanced Salesforce solutions
• Lead end-to-end processes and projects in service and sales, from business analysis to production
• Work with next-generation Salesforce capabilities, including automation, orchestration and AI-driven tools
• Design smart processes using Salesforce Flow and automation frameworks, with a mindset of efficiency and scalability
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users and technology partners to deliver real value
• Support adoption through training, enablement and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in systems analysis, implementation or project management in IT environments
• Experience as a Systems Analyst / Implementer / Functional Consultant
• Salesforce experience – a significant advantage
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation tools – a strong plus
• Curiosity for new technologies, especially AI-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills and good English
