This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Technician located in Holon. The Technical Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting with printer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves regular interaction with customers to resolve their technical issues promptly and effectively.

• Ability to work efficiently on-site in Holon
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a technical support role is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or related field are beneficial
