This is a startup. We're lean, fast-moving, and ambitious. We need someone who thrives in the 0-to-1 phase, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and can execute across the entire marketing stack.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to own and execute our go-to-market strategy during a critical growth phase. You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire, reporting directly to leadership, with the autonomy to build, test, and scale campaigns that drive real revenue.
Your mission: Drive qualified pipeline and customer acquisition through performance marketing initiatives. This isn't a "brand awareness" role - this is performance marketing that directly impacts the bottom line.
You'll work from our Haifa office 3 days per week (collaborative environment with sales, product, and engineering teams) and 2 days remotely, giving you flexibility while maintaining the startup intensity we need.
What You'll Own
Full-Funnel Demand Generation
Build from scratch: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (PPC, email, social, events, partnerships) targeting high-value B2B customers
Launch outbound campaigns: Leverage AI-powered outreach to generate qualified leads at scale
Run high-converting PPC: Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with performance accountability
Execute ABM: Personalized outreach to enterprise accounts using video, direct mail, and multi-touch sequences
Own email marketing: Build nurture sequences, product announcements, and re-engagement campaigns in HubSpot
Drive event strategy: Plan and execute industry conferences, demos, and field marketing to generate qualified pipeline
Website, Content & Brand
Manage the website: Full ownership of coldi.ai—content, UX, conversion optimization, SEO, A/B testing
Create high-intent content: Comparison pages, case studies, ROI calculators, industry guides
Build sales enablement: Pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, proposal templates
Optimize for conversions: Every page should drive demos, trials, or qualified leads - not just traffic
Marketing Ops & Automation
HubSpot expert: Lead scoring, workflow automation, campaign tracking, reporting dashboards and
Integrate marketing stack
Automate workflows: Content publishing, lead enrichment, follow-up sequences, reporting
Track everything: CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales: Align on ICP, messaging, lead handoff, conversion strategies
Work with product: Customer feedback loops, feature launches, product-led growth experiments
Coordinate with IT/developers: Website updates, integrations, analytics, tracking implementation
Manage agencies/freelancers: Designers, copywriters, video producers, event coordinators as needed
Budget & Performance Management
Own marketing budget: Allocate resources across channels, negotiate vendor contracts, track ROI
Operate lean: Maximize impact with limited resources - scrappy, creative, data-driven decisions
Prove value: Regular reporting on spend vs. results, pipeline generated, revenue attributed
Who You Are
Must-Haves:
3+ years in B2B/SaaS marketing with proven track record of driving revenue, not just leads
Hands-on campaign builder: You've launched Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences from scratch - and optimized them to profitability
HubSpot power user: Good in CRM management, email marketing, automation workflows, reporting
Data-driven: You live in spreadsheets, make decisions based on metrics, and obsess over conversion rates
Startup mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hats, and getting things done without bureaucracy
Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication for campaigns, content, and stakeholder updates
Self-starter: You don't wait for instructions - you identify opportunities, propose solutions, and execute autonomously
Ideal Background:
B2B SaaS experience: Marketing AI tools, call center tech, CRM, sales automation, or fintech
Performance marketing: Proven ability to manage significant ad budgets with clear ROI
Marketing automation: Experience with N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow tools
Event marketing: Planned and executed trade shows, conferences, or field marketing events
ABM experience: Personalized campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts
Content creation: Can write compelling copy, landing pages, case studies, or manage freelancers who do
Bonus Points:
You've worked at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series A) and thrived in the chaos
Experience selling to home services, real estate, insurance, collections, or healthcare industries
Familiarity with AI/ML products or voice/telephony technology
You understand call center operations or have sold to operations/customer service leaders
Hebrew speaker (helpful for local market, but not required)
You've built referral programs, partnership channels, or community-led growth strategies
