User Acquisition Specialist

Are you a creative and data-driven media buyer with a proven track record of scaling campaigns on Social, Native, DSP in the fast-paced world of Gaming/iGaming? We are a leading performance marketing agency seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to drive user acquisition and app growth across paid social channels.

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing on social platforms focused on user acquisition for iGaming/gaming apps and platforms.
Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and creative testing to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets that maximize engagement and conversion.
Continuously A/B test creatives, messaging, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches to improve performance and ROI.

Requirements

Proven experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns on social platforms with measurable performance outcomes.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, creative strategy, and performance optimization for iGaming/ Gaming or similarly competitive verticals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into impactful growth strategies.
Hands-on experience driving user acquisition for apps or games.
Familiarity with attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and campaign management tools.
