We work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, healthcare organizations, and public health systems to dramatically reduce wait times and improve access to quality mental health services. As we scale our operations in Israel and internationally, we are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and professionalize our people strategy.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will play a central role in strengthening and professionalizing HR at Taliaz. Reporting directly to senior management, this role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the development and implementation of HR processes aligned with business growth and clinical operations, acting as a trusted partner to managers and leadership. The role includes leading recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, building hiring processes adapted to medical and regulatory requirements, and supporting international hiring as needed.

You will help foster a values-driven culture that balances medical professionalism with startup agility, support managers with performance management and employee relations, and contribute to retention initiatives across teams. In addition, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, compensation frameworks, policies, and employee documentation, while ensuring compliance with Israeli labor law and maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role also involves supporting onboarding, training, and development initiatives-particularly for clinical teams—and contributing to employee wellbeing programs in emotionally demanding mental-health roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles with end-to-end responsibility
• Experience in healthcare, medical organizations, or other regulated environments (strong advantage)
• Background or exposure to mental health, psychiatry, psychology, or behavioral health (advantage)
• Experience working in growing or dynamic organizations
• Solid knowledge of Israeli labor law (international exposure is a plus)
• High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and professional discretion
• Fluent English
