About the role

Surense is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fast-paced hands-on sales role in a dynamic bootstrap SaaS company In this position you’ll create high quality opportunities and serve as the first touchpoint in a smart structured and measurable sales process

What you’ll do

• Make cold outbound calls to relevant prospects and start initial conversations.

• Spark interest, identify basic needs, and book Zoom demos for the sales team.

• Manage outbound email campaigns, including messaging and follow-up sequences.

• Follow up consistently with early-stage prospects to move them forward in the funnel.

• Track and document all activity in our CRM (calls, emails, notes, status updates, meetings).

• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and outreach process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Excellent remote sales skills - a must.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -a must.

• Experience in the insurance industry -huge plus.
