We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse roles in engineering, R&D and manufacturing environments. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a wide range of roles in engineering, development and manufacturing
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including social networks, databases, agencies and referrals
• Conduct CV screening and phone/onsite interviews
• Work with recruitment systems and maintain accurate hiring data

• What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment – mandatory
• Experience recruiting for engineering, R&D and/or manufacturing roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of independence, organization and process ownership
• Fluent Hebrew and good English (spoken and written)
