Business Intelligence Team Lead

For a leading medical organization, a Head of Data BI Development Team is required for the Data & Analytics Unit.

Leading and managing a data development team.

Direct management of 3–4 BI professionals, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.

Managing projects and work plans within the data unit.

Data solution analysis and design.

Working with Microsoft and AWS environments.

Close collaboration with senior managers and C-level executives.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in BI development, including ETL development.

Experience in DWH modeling and end-to-end data project management, both back-end and front-end.

At least 1 year of managerial experience – mandatory.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS – mandatory.

Experience working with modern development tools and environments – mandatory.

Understanding and or leadership of AI applications, including pipeline design and model selection – a significant advantage.
