Senior HR Business Partner

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a highly hands-on role, supporting senior leadership and driving organizational effectiveness in a complex and conservative environment.

This role focuses on close partnership with senior managers, leading change processes, and building organizational structures, processes, and people frameworks that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Close partnership with senior managers, including ongoing consultation, professional challenge, and leadership support
• Leading organizational change and efficiency processes in conservative environments
• Designing and implementing organizational structures and role definitions
• Improving organizational and business processes
• Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models
• Leading efficiency and optimization initiatives, including in areas with high resistance
• Managing recruitment processes in collaboration with the recruitment team (not hands-on recruiting)
• Building long-term trust with senior stakeholders while maintaining assertiveness and professional authority.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
• Proven experience supporting senior managers in large organizations
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change, efficiency initiatives, and organizational design
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of resilience, independence, and professional confidence
