💼 The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to join our Marketing & Partnerships team and help shape HAAT’s next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnerships from idea to execution — identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and turning ambitious collaborations into measurable business impact.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identify, initiate, and build new strategic partnerships aligned with HAAT’s business goals.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical insights.
• Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong professional relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Generate new business development initiatives and maintain an active commercial pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to integrate partnership initiatives.
• Support partners’ campaigns end-to-end — from pre-sale research and planning to launch and optimization.
🎯 What You Bring to the Table:
• 3+ years of experience in consulting firms or high-impact, cross-functional roles (must).
• Strong ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions and performance.
• Proven experience negotiating with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Passion for analytics — comfortable deep-diving into data to uncover insights and root causes.
• Strong problem-solving mindset: no challenge is too small or too complex.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience working with enterprise restaurant advertisers or similar partners — a plus.
• Independent, accountable, and comfortable asking for support when needed.
• An empathetic, inclusive, and curious team player.
